The 411th Board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Sunday, 15 December 2024.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting, according to a media release.
The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Directors Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Dr. Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA, Managing Director and CEO Farman R. Chowdhury, Company Secretary Mohammad Nizam Uddin Bhuiyan, and other Senior Executives were present in the meeting.
