9th meeting of Shari’ah Supervisory Committee of DBH held

DBH Finance PLC (DBH), the country’s largest housing finance institution and the only NBFI (Non-Banking Financial Institution) with exclusive focus on housing finance, recently held its 9th meeting of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee (SSC) at its Head Office in Gulshan.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Muhammad Saifullah, Chairman of DBH Shari’ah Supervisory Committee, where Md. Fariduddin Ahmed, Md. Abdul Awwal Sarker, Dr. Zubair Mohammad Ehsanul Hoque CSAA, Nasimul Baten, Managing Director & CEO, Tanvir Ahmad, DMD & Head of Islamic Financing, and other High Officials of DBH were present in the meeting, according to a press release.

DBH Finance PLC is currently offering Shari’ah-compliant Islamic home financing and Mudaraba deposits services through all of its existing 16 Branches across the country under the brand name of ‘DBH Islamic’ in addition to its conventional operations.
