ABC Real Estate announces launch of The Orchard at Ispahani Colony

ABC Real Estate Limited has announced the official launch of The Orchard at Ispahani Colony, an exclusive-gated residential complex located in the heart of Dhaka at the historic Ispahani Colony in Moghbazar.

A Joint Venture Development Agreement was signed between ABC and Ispahani during a ceremony at ABC House in Banani recently, according to a press release.

Mr. Mirza Salman Ispahani, Chairman of Ispahani Group, and Mr. Subhash Chandra Ghosh, Chairman of ABC, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

On behalf of ABC, the ceremony was attended by directors Mr. Rashed Chowdhury, Engr. Nashid Islam, Ms. Srabanti Datta, Engr. Shougata Ghosh, Mr. Omar Chowdhury, Mr. Aamer Chowdhury and senior officials Engr. Ashim Kumar Joardar, Mr. D.N Chatterjee and Maj. Manzur Hossain (Retd.), among others.

Representing Ispahani, Mr. Mirza Ahmed Ispahani, Director; Engr. Md. Manwar Hossain, GM Construction; along with other key personnel were also present at the occasion.
