ADN Telecom wins Gold Award at 12th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence in 2024

ADN Telecom Limited has been honored with the prestigious Gold Award at the 12^th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence, 2024, in the Information and Communication Technology category.

The award ceremony, held on December 15, 2025, in the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, recognized the company's commitment to exemplary corporate governance practices, according to a media release. 

Henry Hilton, Managing Director, ADN Telecom and Md. Monir Hossain, FCS Company Secretary, ADN Telecom, were present to receive the accolade.

Commerce Adviser Mr. Sk Bashir Uddin was present at the event as the chief guest and the Chief Adviser's Special Envoy on International Affairs Mr. Lutfey Siddiqi was the guest of honour.

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) has been recognizing the exceptional work of listed companies in the field of corporate governance for over a decade.

The awards evaluated the companies on their adherence to the Corporate Governance Code of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

ADN Telecom Limited secured the Gold Award in 2022 and the Silver Award in 2023 in the Information and Communication Technology category, the release adds.
