ADN Telecom wins Silver Award at 11th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence in 2023

ADN Telecom Limited has been honoured with the prestigious Silver Award at the 11^th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence, 2023.

The award is a distinctive recognition of ADN Telecom’s unflinching commitment to upholding the principles of corporate governance applicable to a listed company. The award ceremony, held on October 5, 2024, in the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, recognized the company's commitment to exemplary corporate governance practices, according to a media release. 

Mr. Henry Hilton, Managing Director, ADN Telecom and Mr. Md. Monir Hossain, FCS, Company Secretary, ADN Telecom, were present to receive the accolade from the Advisor, Ministry of Finance, Commerce and Science & Technology Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed.

The awardees are chosen on the merit of their fulfillment of principles ofthe Corporate Governance Code of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), The theme for this year’s award was "Promoting Governing Excellence."

ADN Telecom Limited also secured the Gold Award at the 10^th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence in 2022, in the category of information and communication technology, the release adds.
