Agrani Exchange House Singapore holds 22nd General Meeting, 37th Board Meeting

Agrani Exchange House Private Limited, a subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC located in Singapore, held its 22nd General Meeting and the 37th Board Meeting recently.

The meetings took place on June 26, 2024, at a hotel on Kitchener Road in Singapore, according to a press release.

Dr. Zaid Bakht, Chairman of Agrani Exchange House Private Limited Singapore and the Board of Directors of Agrani Bank PLC., presided over the meetings.

The meetings were attended by members of the Board of Directors of Agrani Exchange House Singapore and the CEO of Agrani Bank, Md. Murshedul Kabir, Director Dr. Mustafizur Rahman, CEO and Executive Director Mir Md. Bayezid Hossain, Operations Manager Md. Azizul Islam, relevant officials, and representatives from the service-providing accounts firm 'Link Management,' the local audit firm 'CC Young and Co.,' and the secretarial service provider 'Drewcorp Services Private Limited.'

During the meetings, the 2023 business achievements of Agrani Exchange House were reviewed, the annual financial statements were approved, and the business targets and budget for 2024 were passed.
