Amari Dhaka to host seafood festival

Amari Dhaka is bringing a variety of flavors straight from the sea to Amaya Food Gallery from Jan 19 to 23.

The hotel's newly appointed Executive Chef Hassan Koubaissi will put his skills on display at the Seafood Market special dinner buffet, said a statement. 

Chef Koubaissi along with his team will introduce contemporary seafoods in Thai, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Italian live kitchens of Amaya restaurant.

The menu will include a wide variety of fish cooked in different methods. Some notable menu items are: Chinese Szechuan Fish and Yasai Prawn Curry, Lebanese Fish Harra, Spanish Paella Rice, Indian Fish Biryani, Fish Kowliwada and a huge variety of Seafood salad bar.

The buffet will have an arrangement for uncooked fishes and seafood items so that guests can choose their favourites with original spices. It will also include popular food items like tiger shrimp, lobster, crab, sea bass, squid and salmon in a variety of forms.  

The buffet price is fixed at Tk 5,000 per person with Buy One Get One applicable for selected cards.
