AMCL (PRAN) holds 39th AGM, approves 32pc dividend

Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved a 32 per cent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2023-24 at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at digital platform on Thursday.  

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman of the company, Eleash Mridha, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director, Md. Abdus Salam, FCA, Independent Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director (Marketing), Mohammad Yeamin, Chief Financial Officer, Muhammad Shariful Islam, Company Secretary and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM, according to a media release. 

Shareholders thanked the management for the achievements of the company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming days.  

The AGM ended by seeking continued support from the investors of the company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.
