Bank Asia Securities holds 15th Annual General Meeting

The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bank Asia Securities Limited was held on April 13, 2026 at the board room of Bank Asia PLC, Rangs Bhaban, Bijoy Sarani, Dhaka, according to a press release.

Ms. Romana Rouf Chowdhury, Chairman, Bank Asia Securities Limited, presided over the meeting. Company’s Directors including Professor M. Shahjahan Mina, Mr. Sohail R K Hussain, Mr. A N M Mahfuz, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil, FCA and CEO of the company Mr. Sumon Das, Company Secretary Mr. Md. Anisul Alam Sarker and Head of Finance Mr. Md. Nahid Raza were also present at the occasion.
