Bashundhara Cement holds annual sales conference 2024

Bashundhara Cement organised a daylong 'Annual Sales Conference-2024' titled 'Empowering Sales through Innovation and Strategy' inaugurated by Bashundhara Group’s Vice Chairman Safwan Sobhan on Sunday at International Convention City Bashundhara, Dhaka.

Attended by over 300 members of Bashundhara Cement's salesforce to unite, the sales conference concluded with resounding success, marking a pivotal moment in the journey of Bashundhara Group and the cement industry at large. The conference brought together industry titans, sales experts, and stakeholders to strive towards unprecedented growth and innovation, according to a media release. 

Attendees were treated to a wealth of insights from Bashundhara Group’s Vice Chairman Safwan Sobhan through his invaluable and future-directional speech.

Valuable speeches were also delivered by Bashundhara Group’s Sector C officials: Mohammad Mustafizur Rahman, Senior Deputy Managing Director; KM Zahid Uddin, Deputy Managing Director on “Planned, Disciplined and scientific Sales call & Salesmanship-Traits of Good Cement Salesman”; K. M. Shahed Zahid-Chief Operating Officer, Middle East & Africa Division; Shah Jamal Sikder, Chief Sales Officer on “Sales Operations, Target Setting, and other Sales Operational Aspects”; and I.R.K.M Salahuddin Biswas, Deputy General Manager on “Corporate Customer Handling”.

From Bashundhara Group, Sector C, also present were Mirja Mujahidul Islam-Chief Operating Officer; Mohammad Kamrul Hassan-Chief Financial Officer, Mohammad Imran Bin Ferdous-Head of HR & Admin, Mohammad Alauddin-Head of Marketing, and other officials.

Throughout the conference, attendees engaged in lively discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, forging new connections and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
