The 673rd meeting of the Board of Directors of state-owned BASIC Bank Limited was held on Wednesday at the bank’s board room at its head office in the capita.
The meeting was presided over by Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, Chairman of BASIC Bank, according to a press release.
While Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Dr. Nahid Hossain, Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Dr. Md. Abdul Khaleque Khan (Freedom Fighter), Director Md. M. Latif Bhuiyan, Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee Md. Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director and CEO Md. Quamruzzaman Khan, and Company Secretary Md. Hasan Imam were present in the meeting.
In the meeting, the board took some business and strategical decisions for the bank's continued growth and development.
