Bay Leasing & Investment Limited held its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, using a hybrid system with physical presence at the conference room of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) in Ramna, Dhaka, and virtual participation via an online link, says a press release.
Suraiya Begum, chairperson of the company, presided over the hybrid AGM. Mohammad Ruknuzzaman, managing director, delivered his briefing on the operations of the company. Directors, sponsors and a large number of shareholders attended, either in person or via the digital platform.
