Bengal Commercial Bank PLC (BGCB) held its 32nd meeting of the Board of Directors on 21 August 2024, Wednesday,at the bank’s Head Office in Gulshan, Dhaka.
Md Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting, according to a press statement.
Alhaj Mahbubul Alam and Engr Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairmen of the bank; members of the Board of Directors; Tarik Morshed, Managing Director and CEO; Additional Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary were also present.
