Bengal Commercial Bank held its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently at a hotel in Dhaka.
Md. Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank and President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), presided over the meeting, according to a media release.
Engr. Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairman of the bank joined the meeting along with other Directors and Sponsor Shareholders of the bank.
Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO of the bank attended the AGM while K.M. Awlad Hossain, Additional Managing Director& CBO; Deputy Managing Directors and other high officials of the bank also joined the meeting.
The AGM approved the financial statements, audited balance sheet, profit & loss accounts and declared dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2024.
