BRAC Bank has welcomed 53 new professionals as Young Leaders through its flagship onboarding initiative, the Young Leaders’ Programme (YLP) 2025.

The one-year program provides structured learning opportunities and 360-degree exposure to different functions within the bank, nurturing a new generation of leaders who will drive innovation, transformation, and growth, according to a media release.

On successful completion, these young professionals will be placed in roles that align with their interests and strengths, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to the bank’s journey ahead.

To secure their place in YLP 2025, the candidates underwent a rigorous multi-stage selection process, including psychometric assessments, personality profiling, and competency-based interviews conducted by independent professionals and the bank’s management, ensuring only the most capable and passionate talents joined the organization.

An induction ceremony for the new batch took place on August 7, 2025, at the bank’s head office, in the presence of its senior leadership.

Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director and CEO (Current Charge), congratulated the new recruits and highlighted the importance of fresh perspectives in the banking sector.

“BRAC Bank believes in grooming the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of financial services in Bangladesh. Investing in young minds not only supports our growth trajectory but also reinforces our commitment to building a vibrant, forward-looking workplace. We are confident that this year’s Young Leaders will bring energy, innovation, and ambition to our organization,” Khan said.
