BRAC Bank Limited conducted an orientation training programme for the agents of Agent Banking. Syed Abdul Momen, Head of SME Banking, inaugurated the programme recently.
A total of 32 agents attended this 5-day long training which enabled the participants to understand the concept, service, account opening process & functionalities of Agent Banking System along with the overview of the Bank.
As part of expansion of Agent Banking network, BRAC Bank arranges training programs for all of its agents on a regular basis.
