Citizens Bank signs agreement with BREB for collection of electricity bills

Citizens Bank PLC recently signed an agreement with the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) at BREB Head Office at Nikunja-2, Dhaka.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Mr. Alamgir Hossain, Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC., and Dr. Najmus Sayadat, Member (Finance) of the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board.

Mr. Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC. and Mr. Md. Masud Parvez, Director (Finance), Directorate of Financial Monitoring (Northern Region) of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Mr. Md. Abdul Latif, Deputy Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC., Mr. Md. Idris, Controller, Finance & Accounts of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board along with other senior officials from both organizations were also present on the occasion.

Under this agreement, Citizens Bank PLC will facilitate the collection of electricity bills for Palli Bidyut Samities operating under Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board through its branches and sub-branches all over the country.
