City Bank, largest issuer and acquirer of credit cards in the market, has introduced ChinaUnionPay Debit Cards.
City Bank becomes the first bank in the country which issues cards of all four major international payment brands.
The cards will be able accepted at over 30000 City Bank POS at various merchants around the country and at over 300 City ATMs and all NPSB connected ATM networks of other banks.
City Bank UnionPay debit cardholders will enjoy all usual benefits of a debit card along with various savings offers and Buy-1-Get-1 offers at popular restaurants. All UnionPay debit cards will be printed instantly at the branches and offered to customers on the spot.
Internationally, UnionPay cards are accepted at over 28 million merchants and more than 1.7 million ATMs across 179 countries worldwide.
