City Bank launches first-ever credit card under Mastercard network

City Bank in partnership with Mastercard has launched its first-ever credit card under the Mastercard network—the City Bank Mastercard World Elite Credit Card—marking a new milestone in premium banking.

According to a press release, this exclusive card is tailored for the country’s affluent customers, offering exceptional lifestyle privileges, personalized services and unmatched global access.

The unveiling ceremony of City Bank Mastercard World Elite Credit Card was held at City Bank head office. Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Additional Managing Director & CFO of City Bank; Kazi Azizur Rahman, Additional Managing Director & Chief Information Officer; Gautam Agarwal, President of Mastercard South Asia; Syed Mohammad Kamal, Country Manager of Mastercard Bangladesh; and other senior officials of both organization were present at the event.
