Bangladesh’s Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi has urged Bhutan to consider using the Saidpur Airport as both the countries can bilaterally reap the benefit from it.
The minister made the call at a meeting with Bhutan ambassador Sonam Rabgye at the Bangladesh Secretariat in Dhaka city on Monday.
Munshi said Bangladesh and Bhutan can make commerce and tourism more effective by using the airport.
Terming Bhutan as a 'good friend' of the nation, the minister also laid emphasis on enhancing bilateral trade between two countries.
