Community Bank holds business conference for management trainee officers

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC held an interactive session titled “Coffee with the Captain” for its newly recruited Management Trainee Officers, focusing on banking responsibility and leadership. The event took place at the bank’s head office on Sunday (May 4, 2025), according to a media release.

Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (current charge) of Community Bank, presided over the session. He shared insights on banking policies, regulatory frameworks, and the responsibilities that come with a career in banking. Mr Saddat also engaged in discussions on innovation in banking and customer service strategies with the young professionals.

Senior officials of the bank were also present at the session, including Md Ariful Islam, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Business; HM Mahedi Hasan, Head of HRD (Current Charge); and Md Mamun ur Rahman, Head of ADC and MD’s Coordination Team.
