Community Bank signs MoU with Project 2morrow for digital onboarding, inclusive financing drive

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Project 2morrow Software Ltd to strengthen inclusive financing initiatives and enhance customer onboarding through advanced digital financial systems, according to a press release.

The strategic partnership aims to integrate innovative financial advisory services and technology-driven processes to support the Bank’s objective of expanding access to formal financial services among diverse customer segments across the country.

Under the MoU, Project 2morrow Software Ltd. will serve as a strategic financial advisory and digital solutions partner to Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. The collaboration will focus on simplifying and digitising customer onboarding, reinforcing inclusive financing frameworks, and improving service efficiency through modern digital financial platforms. The initiative is expected to enhance customer experience, accelerate service delivery, and promote broader financial inclusion.

The MoU was signed and exchanged by Mr. KimiwaSaddat, Managing Director (Current Charge) of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC., and Mr. SKM SharifulAlam, PMP, Founder & CEO of Project 2morrow Software Ltd., on behalf of their respective organisations. The signing ceremony took place at the Board Room of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. Head Office.

Senior officials present at the event included Mr. Shamsul Haque Sufyani, COO; Md. Tanjim Morshed Bhuiyan, CITO & Head of Digital Financial Services and Deputy Head of RMD; Dr. Md. Ariful Islam, Head of Corporate Banking & Head of Business (Branch); Sarfuddin Md. RedwanPatwary, Head of Operations; Mr. SK PervesMaraker, Head of Agent Banking & Foreign Remittance Transaction Banking & SBU; Mr. Hossain-Al-Safeer Chowdhury, Head of SME; Mr. Sharif Hasan Mamun, Head of Agriculture; and Md. Mamun ur Rahman, Head of ADC & Head of MD’s Coordination Team, along with other senior officials from both organizations.

The collaboration is expected to contribute significantly to advancing digital transformation and inclusive financial growth in Bangladesh.
