Court now orders confiscation of customs commissioner’s properties

A Dhaka court has ordered authorities concerned to confiscate a 9-storey building in Bashundahara Residential Area, two flats and three commercial spaces in Dhaka city, owned by Customs Valuation and Internal Audit Commissioner Mohammed Enamul Hoque.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Mohammad As-Shams Jaglul Hossain passed the order after hearing a petition filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
