Crystal Insurance holds 108th Meeting of Board of Directors

The 108^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Crystal Insurance Company Limited was held on Sunday in the Board Room of the company’s corporate office at DR Tower, 65/2/2,  Purana  Paltan, Box Culvert Road, Dhaka-1000.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin), Chairman of the company presided over the meeting, according to a press statement.   

Mr A H M Mozammel Hoque, Mr Md Tajul Islam, Mrs Farhana Danesh, Mrs Nusrat Mahmud, Mr Arafat Rashid, Directors and Mr Md Rashedur Rahman, Independent Directors, Mr S M Shahidullah, Chief Executive Officer, Mr M Mahfuzur Rahman FCA, Additional Managing Director & Company Secretary, Mr Md Saydul Islam, DMD & CFO and Mr Md Radoan Hossain, Assistant Vice President (HIAC) of the company attended the meeting.
