Delta Life Insurance Company holds AGM

The 38^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd was held on Saturday, 28 September 2024 virtually through digital platform.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder presided over the Annual General Meeting, according to a press release.

Independent Director Barrister Fida M. Kamal, Board of Directors, Additional Secretary  Ministry of Finance Mr. Md. Azimuddin Biswas, ndc, as Observer, External Auditors, Hon’ble representative of BSEC, representatives of DSE & CSE, Independent Scrutinizer, the shareholders of the company and concern officers joined the meeting.

Amongst others, the shareholders of the company approved the audited accounts for the financial year 2023 and cash dividend at 30 per cent against the face value of per share Tk 10, the release adds.
