Dhaka Bank signs MoU on Distributor Finance Program with Omera Petroleum Ltd.

Dhaka Bank PLC has signed a MoU on Distributor Finance Program with Omera Petroleum Ltd., on May 13, 2025 at Dhaka Bank head office.

Mr. Md. Mostaque Ahmed, DMD & Chief Emerging Market Officer and Ms. Dilruba Chowdhury, Director, HR of East Coast Group exchanged the Dhaka Bank Distributor Finance MOU on behalf of their respective organizations, according to a press release.

Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Maroof, Managing Director & CEO of Dhaka Bank PLC., Mr. Akhlaqur Rahman, DMD-Corporate, Mr. H.M. Mostafizur Rahaman, SEVP & Head, Retail Business Division, Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman Palash, EVP & Head, MSME and Emerging Business Division, Mr. Mohammad Ainul Haque, EVP & In-charge, Corporate Banking Division, Mr. Mosleh Saad Mahmud, EVP & Head, Cash Management Unit and Mr. Masudur Rahim, Chief Executive Officer of East Coast Group, Mr. Atiar Rahman, Chief Financial Officer of Omera Petroleum Ltd. and Mr. Md. Rokonujjaman, Head of National Sales of Omera Petroleum Ltd. along with other senior officials from both organizations were also present at the signing program.
