EBL 33rd BGCC Amateur Golf Championship starts in Chattogram

The two-day EBL 33rd Amateur Golf Championship 2025 has kicked off at the Bhatiary Golf and Country Club in Chattogram.

Rezaul Karim, Brigadier General, ndc, psc, Station Commander, Chattogram Cantonment and VP Admin and Finance, Bhatiary Golf and Country Club inaugurated the championship on Friday morning. Mufakkharul Islam Khasru, Director of EBL was present as the special guest on the occasion, says a press release.

The inauguration ceremony was also attended by EBL DMD and Head of ICC Mahmoodun Nabi Chowdhury, and Head of Corporate Business, Chattogram Sanjay Das were present among others.

Over 150 male and female golfers are competing in the tournament in different groups. The award ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Major General Towhidul Ahmed, ndc, afwc, psc Comdt and Papa Tiger, The East Bengal Regimental Centre, Chattogram Cantonment; EBL Director Mufakkharul Islam Khasru, Additional Managing Director and COO Ahmed Ershad Foyez will give away prizes among the winners.
