edotco Bangladesh becomes first TowerCo in country to receive ISO 9001:2015 Certification

edotco Bangladesh, the leading regional integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company, has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 accreditation by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for its development, operation and, maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
The certificate is a true testament to edotco Bangladesh’s continuous drive in advancing the telecommunication industry towards ensuring improved network connectivity across the nation, says a press release.
The guided ISO implementation and documentation process begin in early February this year despite the challenges of COVID-19 restrictions.
By November, the organisation was ready and subsequently received certification once completing thorough audit and assessment processes.
This certification confirms that the organisation conforms to internationally recognised standards and will continue to be guided by the mechanisms in place to ensure operational and customer service excellence, driven by a robust process approach, evidence-based decision-making and continues improvement throughout the whole organisation.
