EXIM Bank holds Business Development Conference in Cumilla Region

EXIM Bank held a Business Development Conference for the Cumilla Region on Saturday, according to a press release.

Administrator of EXIM Bank and Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank Md. Sawkatul Alam attended the conference as the Chief Guest. Regional Manager of the Cumilla Region Md. Maksudul Islam, all Branch Managers and Sub-branch In-charges of the Cumilla Region were also present in the Conference.

In his speech, the Chief Guest Md. Sawkatul Alam emphasized the importance of recovering defaulted investments. He stated that under the newly formed Sammilito Islami Bank, this bank will emerge as a stronger state-owned Bank. He also urged depositors and businessmen to continue their normal banking activities with the Bank. He further stated that customers’ deposits in Exim Bank are now more safe and secured.
