Feni housewife gets 200pc cash voucher after buying Walton fridge

Esmoth Ara Yesmin, a housewife and a resident of Feni’s Chhagalnaiya Upazila, has been awarded with a 200 per cent cash voucher after she bought a Walton brand refrigerator under the company’s ongoing Digital Campaign Season 19.

With the cash voucher, Yesmin bought various electronics products including TV, washing machine, microwave oven, fan, blender etc.

Earlier, two customers—one was a newly-wed woman Bithy Saha from Dhaka and another was Ahsanullah from Brahmanbaria—were awarded 200 per cent cash voucher on the purchase of Walton brand refrigerators, according to a media release.

Country's renowned film actor Amin Khan officially handed over the cash voucher to Esmoth Ara Yesmin at a programme held at Chhagalnaiya Walton Plaza on Saturday last (November 25).

The function was also attended, among others, by Feni Chamber of Commerce Director Mushfiqur Rahman Pipul, Walton’s Chief Divisional Officer Shafikul Azad and Walton Fridge Product Manager Shahidul Islam Reza.

In the nationwide ongoing Walton Digital Campaign Season-19, customers are offered maximum 200 per cent cash voucher or sure cashback on the purchase of any model of Walton fridge from any Walton Plaza, distributor outlet or online sales platform E-plaza. The benefits of this season are available until December 31, 2023.

Hailing from Pathangar area of Chhagalnaiya Upazila, Yesmin bought a Walton refrigerator from the Walton Plaza on November 21. After completing the digital registration with her name, mobile number and product's bar code, she received an SMS of getting 200 per cent cash voucher from Walton.

Expressing her gratitude to the authorities of Walton, she said, “It is a matter of great pleasure to get benefits like 200 per cent cash voucher. I am very much happy to receive this award from superstar Amin Khan. I have bought various Walton products including its TV and mobile phones. These products are functioning well.”

Urging all to buy homemade products in a bid to create jobs in Bangladesh, Amin Khan said, earlier we have handed over Tk 10 lakh to a fridge customer here in Feni.

“Walton products have already got huge customers’ trust across the country. Walton is manufacturing and supplying latest technology products to people with ensuring best after sales service.”

Walton fridge customers are enjoying one-year replacement warranty, 12 years warranty on compressor and 5 years free after sales service, the release said.
