Four companies of PRAN-RFL bag trophies at DITF

Four companies of PRAN-RFL, the country's leading business conglomerate, have been recognized as the best pavilions at the 29th Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF).

The awards were given by the Ministry of Commerce and Export Promotion Bureau for winning the appreciation of customers through attractive pavilions and service and for making a significant contribution to the overall success of the fair, according to a media release. 

RFL Plastics Limited bagged the first prize in the premier pavilion category B. Besides, PRAN Agro Limited won the first prize in the premier mini pavilion category, while RFL Electronics won the first prize in the general stall category, and Rangpur Metal Industries Limited won the third prize in the premier stall category.

Commerce Adviser Sk. Bashir Uddin handed over the prizes to the winners at the closing ceremony of the DITF at the Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center at Purbachal in the capital on January 31.

Shafik Shahin, Head of Marketing, received the prize on behalf of RFL Plastics, Toshan Paul, General Manager, received the prize on behalf of PRAN Agro, Yasir Mohammad Shoharto, Area Manager, received the prize on behalf of RFL Electronics and Shafikul Islam Shakil, Sub-Assistant Brand Manager, received the award on behalf of Rangpur Metal Industries.

Kamruzzaman Kamal, marketing director of PRAN-RFL Group, said, "Our preparations for this fair were much better than the previous ones. We brought innovation in pavilion design, interiors, and product displays and introduced new products. This year the attendance of visitors and buyers was also much higher than the previous years. We are very happy to serve more customers.”
