Fuel prices have dropped again in the country’s local market.
The price of diesel has been reduced by Tk 2 per litre, while petrol and octane prices have been cut by Tk 3 per litre.
According to the new pricing, diesel will be sold at Tk 102 per litre, Petrol at Tk 118 per litre and octane at Tk 122 per litre.
The new rates will take effect from midnight on Sunday (June 1).
However, under the newly implemented pricing formula, the price of kerosene has increased by Tk 10 per litre.
As per the latest pricing, kerosene will be sold at Taka 114 per litre.
The updated pricing was announced in a gazette notification issued by the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources on Saturday.
