The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ICB Asset Management Company Limited (a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) has approved a 110 per cent dividend.
The AGM was held in the capital on Saturday.
Professor Abu Ahmed, chairman of the company's board of directors, presided over the AGM. The company's chief executive officer, Mahmuda Akhtar, along with other directors and shareowners were present.
The AGM approved the company's annual accounts for fiscal year 2023-24 ended on 30 June 2024.
In FY2023-24, the company earned a net profit of Tk 48.90 crore. As a result, the company's earnings per share of Tk 100 face value were Tk 82.79. The shareholders of the company, in the meeting, approved a 110 per cent dividend (interim 60 per cent cash and final 50 per cent stock) for FY2023-24.
