The 5th Extraordinary General Meeting of ICB Asset Management Company Limited was held on 20 February 2025 at the Head Office of the company.
Professor Abu Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company presided over the meeting, according to a media release.
Mr. Md. Abul Hossain, Managing Director, Investment Corporation of Bangladesh was present as special guest in the meeting.
The Chief Executive Officer & Director Mrs. Mahmuda Akhter and other Directors & Shareholders of the Company were also present in the meeting.
