A discussion meeting was held at the head office of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) regarding the current status, future prospects, challenges, and actions of the mutual fund industry with a view to bringing dynamism and maintaining stability in the capital market on 30 October 2024.
Prof. Abu Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICB, Mr. Md. Abul Hossain, Managing Director of ICB, the CEOs of various Asset Management Companies, the CEOs of the three subsidiaries of ICB along with General Managers of ICB were present at the meeting, according to a media release.
The CEOs of various Asset Management Companies present in the meeting expressed their valuable views on the dynamism of the capital market and various recommendations for the development of mutual fund industry.
