The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ICB Securities Trading Company Limited (ISTCL) was held on 23rd November 2024, Saturday in the company's Head Office premises.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Md. Abul Hossain, the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors and the Managing Director of the holding company ICB, according to a media release.
The Annual General Meeting was attended by other directors of the company, shareholders, and the Chief Executive Officer.
Additionally, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICB, Professor Abu Ahmed, was present as the chief guest at the meeting.
