ICC Bangladesh holds workshop on settlement of documentary credit disputes through ADR

ICC Bangladesh organised a day-long workshop on 'Settlement of Documentary Credit Disputes through ADR: Review of ICC Arbitration and DOCDEX Cases' in Chattogram recently.

A total of 67 participants from 26 banks attended the workshop, according to a press statement.

ICCB Secretary General Ataur Rahman and former Bangladesh Bank Executive Director Md. Ahsan Ullah were present at the event, among others. K. M. Lutfor Rahman was present as a resource person for the workshop.
