The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) proudly presented a special tribute event dedicated to its esteemed past presidents from 1972 to 2023, recognising their visionary leadership and steadfast commitment on Friday at ICMAB Ruhul Quddus Auditorium, ICMA Bhaban, Nilkhet, Dhaka-1205.
Current President of ICMAB, Prof Dr Md. Salim Uddin FCMA, mentioned that each president has contributed uniquely to the progress and integrity of the institution, fostering a legacy of excellence and ethical standards in the field of cost and management accounting.
He also stated that the event aims to celebrate and reflect on the monumental contributions made by these distinguished individuals. Their enduring legacies continue to inspire current and future generations of cost and management accountants, and the event is a fitting acknowledgment of their profound impact on our profession and community.
ICMAB Council members and Branch Council Chairman joined the current ICMAB President in the reception ceremony.
Family members of past presidents and a large number of fellow & associate members witnessed the colourful ceremony.
