The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) held its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at a city hotel recently.
Mohammad Asad Ullah FCS, president of ICSB, presided over the meeting and placed the Council Report for the year 2022.
He also highlighted ICSB’s major achievements in 2022 and thanked the members for cooperating in the development of the institute, said a press release.
The Audited Financial Statements of the Institute for the year ended 31 December 2022 were placed before the members. The members approved the Council Report and Financial Statements of the Institute.
M Nurul Alam FCS, Senior Vice President of ICSB, and Vice President A. K. M. Mushfiqur Rahman FCS, Treasurer Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun FCS, council members, fellow and associate members, and Secretary and CEO of the Institute, Md Zakir Hossain, were also present at the meeting.
