IDLC Asset Management Shariah Fund holds 20th board meeting

The 20th Shariah Supervisory Board Meeting of IDLC Asset Management Shariah Fund, managed by IDLC Asset Management Limited, was held on Monday (October 21), with Dr Syed Muhammed Emdad Uddin in the Chair.

Maulana Sayed Kamaluddin Abdullah Zafree, Dr M Mahabbat Hossain, Prof Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed, FCMA, Dr Muhammad Manzur-E-Elahi and Mufti Yusuf Sultan and other board members were present at the meeting, according to a press release Thursday.

During the meeting, the board reviewed the Shariah-related activities for the first quarter (July 2024 – September 2024) and approved all Shariah Compliance Reports for the mutual fund.

Additionally, the Shariah Board discussed various issues related to Shariah laws and guidelines governing the IDLC Asset Management Shariah Fund, commending the management for their adherence to Shariah compliance.
