IFIC Bank Bandarban Branch organizes 'Youth Festival'

IFIC Bank Plc Bandarban branch organized “Youth Festival” in the auditorium of Bandarban Nursing College on Wednesday (November 5) morning.

Mohammad Rezaul Karim, IFIC Bank PLC Bandarban Branch Manager, presided over the event and Bandarban Nursing College Principal Rasheda Khanam was present as the chief guest, according to a press release. 

Bandarban Nursing College instructor Md. Nasir Uddin, journalist Muhammad Ali were present as special guests.

IFIC Bank Plc Bandarban Branch Officer Md. Farhad, Officer Md. Khademul Maola Apu attended the event. Hundreds of students and other teachers of Bandarban Nursing College were also present.

Speakers on the occasion familiarized the youth with the banking system. They discussed various benefits of banks, the importance of savings and the accessible services of modern digital banking.

Through the use of digital banking, the youth will be able to complete banking activities at home, which will save time and cost, the speakers said. 

Besides, how the bank's various facilities can have a positive effect on entrepreneurs and students was also highlighted.

Students said this event brought a new experience to them. By getting a practical understanding of banking, they will be more interested in saving and investing in the future.

The organizers said such an event will play an important role in engaging the young generation with positive practices, creativity and modern technology, the release adds.
