IFIC Bank, the largest bank in the country by branches and uposhakhas, held a “Managers’ Meet” on May 19, 2025, at a local auditorium in Agrabad, Chattogram.
The event was graced by Chairman Mr Md Mehmood Husain as the Chief Guest, according to a press release.
He praised the employees’ commendable performance and emphasised adapting to evolving customer expectations.
The meeting was chaired by Managing Director Mr Syed Mansur Mustafa, who applauded the managers and officers for achieving business targets and shared strategies to boost deposit mobilisation and expand the retail customer base.
Deputy Managing Director and Chief of Branch Business, Mr Md Rafiqul Islam delivered the opening speech.
Chief Financial Officer Mr Dilip Kumar Mandal presented a comprehensive presentation and financial plan.
The full-day conference concluded with an interactive Q&A session between senior management and officials, fostering dialogue and strategic alignment for future growth, the release adds.
