The 348th meeting of the Board of Directors of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) was held on Tuesday (July 30) at its head office.
KBM Moin Uddin Chisty, chairman of the Board of Directors of IFIL, presided over the meeting, says a media statement.
Among others, Vice Chairman Anis Salahuddin Ahmad, Directors Abul Quasem Haider, Mostanser Billa, Afzalur Rahman, Independent Director Irteza Reza Chowdhury and IFIL’s Managing Director and CEO Mohammed Mosharaf Hossain were present at the meeting.
