IFIL holds board meeting

The 344th meeting of the Board of Directors of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) was held at its head office on Monday. 

Mr K B M Moin Uddin Chisty, chairman of the Board of Directors of IFIL, presided over the meeting, according to a press release. 

Among others, Vice Chairman Mr Anis Salahuddin Ahmad, Directors Mr Hossain Mahmud, Mr Afzalur Rahman, Mrs Julia Rahman, Mr Asgar Haider, Independent Director Mr Irteza Reza Chowdhury and IFIL’s Managing Director and CEO Mohammed Mosharaf Hossain, were present at the meeting.
