The four-day international industrial fair will continue until Saturday, January 31, 2026.

A press conference in this regard was held today, Monday (January 26) at 12:00 PM at the office of the Bangladesh Plastic Goods Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BPGMEA).

The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Samim Ahmed, President of BPGMEA.

It was announced at the press conference that the Commerce Secretary of the Government of Bangladesh, Mr. Mahbubur Rahman, will grace the event as the Chief Guest.

In his statement, the BPGMEA President said that the plastic, packaging and printing industries have become an integral part of Bangladesh’s industrialization, export growth and overall economic development.

Sectors such as ready-made garments, agriculture, food processing, pharmaceuticals and e-commerce are heavily dependent on these industries.

He further mentioned that IPF-26 is not merely an exhibition, but a comprehensive platform for technology transfer, innovation and investment opportunities.

The fair will showcase modern machinery, advanced technologies and eco-friendly production solutions from both local and international exhibitors, creating new avenues for business networking and collaboration.

Mr. Ahmed expressed optimism that IPF-26 will play a significant role in enhancing the competitiveness of Bangladesh’s plastic industry in the global market, accelerating export growth, and strengthening the global presence of the “Made in Bangladesh” brand.

He also sought the cooperation of the media and cordially invited entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers and all industry stakeholders from home and abroad to visit and participate in IPF-26.
