Investment scope highlighted in Doha luncheon meeting

KM Mozibul Hoque, Honorary Consul of Yemen, highlighted investment opportunities in Bangladesh during a luncheon in Doha, attended by representatives of global business giants, including SpaceX and Philip Morris International (PMI).

The gathering brought together prominent figures from the worlds of aerospace, international development, corporate transformation, and diplomacy, marking a meaningful moment of cross-sector dialogue and future-focused collaboration, said a press release on Thursday.

Among the esteemed guests were Lauren Dreyer, Vice President of SpaceX, and Nevvena, Vice President of Philip Morris International (PMI), who are playing a vital role in global business transformation.

Also present was Richard Griffiths, Senior Advisor to Elon Musk, offering insight from the intersection of innovation and leadership networking between Bangladesh and global leadership.

Kristina Murrin, CEO of The King Charles Foundation, whose work is centered on sustainable development and prevention of heritage in Bangladesh and social change; and Professor Luis G. Franceschi, Assistant Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, a key figure in advancing democratic governance and international cooperation, also attended the event.

As the host, KM Mozibul Hoque, who is also Chairman of Total Aviation Systems (TAS), emphasised the value of such informal but impactful settings to foster dialogue beyond borders.

"Gatherings like this allow us to exchange not only ideas but values, paving the way for collaboration that transcends industries and nations," he remarked.

The meeting underscored Doha's growing role as a global hub for innovation, diplomacy, and strategic engagement.
