IPDC Finance PLC successfully hosted the IPDC SME Summit 2025 at Seagull Resort and Spa Village in Tangail from February 15 to 17, 2025.
According to a press release, the event brought together SME professionals from across the organization to review 2024 performance, strategize for 2025, and foster team synergy through insightful discussions and engaging activities
The summit commenced with a comprehensive review of 2024, highlighting the success of the SME FLY HIGH 2024 campaign which took place in the 3rd quarter of 2024. and the overall performance of IPDC’s SME division. An insightful session was conducted by Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman; Head of SME, reflecting on challenges, achievements, and lessons learned from the past year.
The summit also addressed economic challenges and strategic planning for 2025, focusing on SME development and growth strategies to drive sustainable expansion aligning with the vision of the company. Leadership and employees collaborated on key action plans to enhance financial inclusion, support small businesses, and strengthen IPDC’s position as a leading SME financier.
In addition to strategic discussions, the summit emphasized teamwork and employee engagement through interactive exercises, fun-filled activities, and a cultural night. The SME FLY HIGH Campaign Rewards recognised outstanding achievements, celebrating employees' dedication and contributions.
The event saw active participation from IPDC’s Managing Director and IPDC’s management committee, who played a crucial role in motivating employees and reinforcing leadership values. Their presence inspired the team to strive for excellence in the coming year.
