IPDC Finance PLC., in collaboration with Bangladesh Bank, hosted the Women Entrepreneur Incentive Program 2025, celebrating exceptional women entrepreneurs from across Bangladesh for their resilience, timely loan repayments, and entrepreneurial excellence in the CMSME sector.
This year’s awardees hailed from diverse regions including Dhaka, Jessore, Bogura, Barishal, Sylhet, Faridpur, Rangpur, Chattogram, and Mymensingh, according to a media release.
Each was selected based on entrepreneurial merit, business consistency, financial discipline, and positive impact within their communities.
Alongside recognition, each recipient received a financial incentive to further strengthen and expand their business ventures.
As part of the program, a capacity-building training session titled “From Cash to Cashless: Digital Money Management” was held, featuring practical guidance on digital financial tools, mobile payment systems, and sustainable business practices.
The session welcomed both the awardees and aspiring women entrepreneurs from various sectors, providing a unique platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and strengthening financial literacy.
Lutfor Nahar, owner of M/S Oishi Store and one of the awardees, shared her thoughts, “This incentive is more than just a financial reward it’s recognition of our journey and struggles.
