Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) recently organised its 14th annual general meeting (AGM).
The AGM took place on Wednesday (March 13), according to a press release.
Dr Md Fashiul Alam, chairman of IBCML, presided over the meeting.
Mohammad Joynal Abedin, Mohammad Quamrul Hasan, Muhammad Qaisar Ali, Md Altaf Hossain, G M Mohd Gias Uddin Quader, directors; Md Ashraful Haque and Md Saleh Iqbal, shareholders; Prof Dr Mohammad Abdus Samad, chairman of Shariah Supervisory Committee; Mohammad Abdur Rahim, managing director and CEO; Abu Syed Md Nahid, company secretary; Md Al Amin, admin in-charge; Md Manir Hossen, accounts in-charge; and Ashraf Khan, IT in-charge attended the meeting.
The meeting approved the financial statements for 2023 and discussed various important issues with a view to achieving the business success of the organisation.
