Islami Bank holds discussion marking Bangabandhu's birth anniv

Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has organised a discussion meeting and Doa on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day.

Dr. Tanveer Ahmad, vice chairman of the bank, addressed the programme held on Sunday at virtual platform as chief guest, says a media release.

Mohammed Monirul Moula, managing director & CEO of the bank, presided over the programme while Mohammad Solaiman, FCA, chairman, of the audit committee, Professor Dr. Mohammad Saleh Jahur, chairman, of the risk management committee and Freedom Fighter Md. Joynal Abedin, director of the bank, addressed the function as a special guest.

Muhammad Qaisar Ali, additional managing director, addressed the welcome speech and Maolana Obaid Ullah Hamzah, chairman, the Shariah Supervisory Committee of the bank, conducted doa-munazat.
